Structure: High-tech fibers surround hardened steel
The tex–lock textile rope combines various high-performance fibers with hardened special steel. Together, the materials offer cut protection, fire protection and paint protection. The outer textile layer is extremely abrasion-resistant and resists bolt cutters. In addition, the hardened steel chain on the inside offers protection against sawing. This is how the rope is constructed:

Careful processing: From the textile rope to the tex–lock
Each textile rope is manufactured in our in-house factory at Leipzig with great attention to detail. The process involves several steps:
Individual length:
In addition to the standard lengths of 80, 100, 120 and 160 cm, the rope is also available in customized lengths. The record is 3.8 meters.
Assembly of the metal components:
The hardened metal eyelets, the universal bolt and the lock body are connected to the cable using a high-pressure machine.
Refinement of all components:
The rope and the metal parts are connected with a shrink sleeve. This prevents paint scratches and weathering.
Quality assurance:
Every rope undergoes strict quality controls to meet our high standards.
