Flexible frame lock textile extension
The tex–lock mate is a textile insertion cable for frame locks. With a rubberized metal eyelet at one end and a hardened universal bolt at the other, the textile cable can be easily combined with all standard frame locks. Thanks to the practical length of 120 cm, you can find a solid object anywhere to secure your bike from being pushed or carried away.

Higher frame lock security level
Connect securely to all objects
Simply securely connected: Place the textile cable around the bike frame and a solid object and pull the universal bolt through the rubberized metal eyelet at the other end of the cable. Then insert the metal bolt into the opening of the frame lock and lock it. Thanks to the insertion chain, it is no longer possible to push or carry the bike away. With a length of 120 cm, no distance is too far or a fixed object too wide. The tex–lock mate video instructions shows you how it works.
Universally connectable
With all common frame locks
The hardened universal bolt of the tex–lock mate fits into all standard frame locks. This means you can combine the insert chain with almost any frame lock. We have developed a special version for the I LOCK IT frame lock, which we can send you on request by e-mail on request. If you are using an Egret e-scooter with a frame lock, you can find the official Egret mate by tex-lock here.

Easily transportable
Carrying the tex–lock mate in your pocket
At 1,040 grams (excl. frame lock), the frame lock insert chain is a real lightweight and takes up hardly any space in your luggage thanks to its flexibility. During your ride, you can simply stow the tex–lock mate in the bike lock bag. This is simply attached to the luggage carrier or top tube and can be removed and taken away just as quickly if required.

Ziel: Die Beständigkeit des Gesamtsystems Fahrradschloss gegenüber mutwilliger Zerstörung bzw. gegenüber dem mutwilligen Angriff zu steigern, sodass eine ART3-Zertifizierung erreicht wird.
