Einführung einer Projektmanagement-Software, die Transparenz über alle Projekte herstellt und das Projektmanagement des Unternehmens vereinheitlicht. Die Software muss geeignet sein abteilungsübergreifend mit den unterschiedlichen Anforderungen Projekte abzubilden.
Vorhaben 1
Forschung und Entwicklung einer nicht metallischen Beschichtung der Fahrradschlosskette – Hard-Cut
Ziel: Entwicklung und Anwendung einer Beschichtung für dünne Kettensegmente, angewendet in textilummantelten Fahrradschlössern, welche eines ausreichenden Schutzes gegen Korrosion, Sägeangriff und Verschleiß bieten.
Vorhaben 2
Systematische Erstellung eines technologischen Maßnahmenkatalogs zur Steigerung der Produktperformance der bestehenden und zukünftigen Produktentwicklungen – ReHex-Design
Ziel: Die Beständigkeit des Gesamtsystems Fahrradschloss gegenüber mutwilliger Zerstörung bzw. gegenüber dem mutwilligen Angriff zu steigern, sodass eine ART3-Zertifizierung erreicht wird.

The tex–lock mate - your new best bike mate
At EUROBIKE in July, we presented the latest tex–lock product and deliberately chose the name "mate" (= English buddy), because the frame lock extension is a clever and practical companion in everyday life. The greatest benefit of the product: the universal bolt made of galvanized, hardened steel. This fits about 80 percent of the frame locks available on the market and thus makes the tex-lock mate usable for numerous bicycle models - especially e-bikes - because it allows the bike to be connected to fixed objects using a pre-mounted frame lock.
Similar to the tex-lock eyelet , the mate is also a textile-based rope with an eyelet and the well-known flexibility. Solid objects are looped with the 120cm long rope, the second end of the rope is pulled through the eyelet and fixed with a universal bolt in the pre-mounted frame lock. The tex-lock mate is thus the perfect security supplement for numerous bikes with pre-mounted frame lock ex works.
You are curious? Soon the tex-lock mate will be available via our online store in the colors black and black-grey and only requires a pre-assembled frame lock.
