It couldn't be easier: transporting your U-lock with the U-lock holder for the bike. The D-lock and X-lock can be attached to the bike frame with one click in this inconspicuous, small holder and transported with ease. No rattling on the frame, no pressure on the back.
Thanks to the clever attachment with reusable cable ties, you don't need any additional tools to mount the U-lock bracket on your bike. Simply use the hexagonal wrench supplied to screw the cable ties in place and push the overlapping ends under the bracket.
To use the D-lock into the bracket, you need to pull off the yellow rubber coating on the bracket and pull the supplied D-lock connector over the end of the bracket instead.
To click the X-lock into the holder, you need to pull the supplied X-lock connector over one end of the bracket. To do this, cut the rubber coating to the height of the connector and then slide the connector over it. Note: The U-lock bracket is too short for the holder.
Where you transport your U-lock is up to you. The bracket for the U-lock fits on the seat post, seat post, seat stay, top tube, down tube and fork. The possibilities are endless!
The support surface of the bracket and the two fastening straps adapt to almost any frame width. This means that the bracket for U-locks is just as suitable for wider e-bike frames as it is for slimmer e-scooter components and more.
When mounted, the bracket can be rotated as desired by loosening the screw in the middle by half a turn. This allows you to attach the U-lock in any position and adjust it perfectly to your frame geometry. In addition, the contact surface of the bracket on the frame is rubberized so that your bike paintwork is not scratched.
